The Wilson Combat Bullet Proof® Single-Side Tactical Thumb Safety is precision CNC-machined from solid stainless steel bar stock, providing exceptional strength, dimensional consistency, and long-term durability compared to conventional cast or metal-injection-molded components.

Its narrow tactical lever minimizes unnecessary bulk while providing a secure contact surface for positive safety engagement and disengagement. The streamlined profile helps reduce interference with clothing, making it an excellent choice for concealed-carry, personal-defense, and custom 1911 pistols.

Manufactured to Wilson Combat's demanding Bullet Proof® standards, this thumb safety offers the strength, reliability, and precision expected from premium 1911 components. Its stainless steel construction provides excellent corrosion resistance and complements stainless and two-tone pistol finishes.

Installation Note: Due to manufacturing tolerances between different 1911 pistols, minor fitting may be required. Wilson Combat recommends installation and fitting by a qualified gunsmith.
