Benchmade - AFO (Armed Forces Only) - 9050SBK | Button Lock (Auto) | 3.64" 154CM Black | Black Aluminum

The Benchmade 9050SBK AFO is the original Armed Forces Only automatic—a rugged, USA-made design that predates the current AFO II. With its partially serrated black blade, push-button automatic action, and solid aluminum construction, the original AFO remains one of Benchmade’s classic military-oriented automatics. The 9050 is now discontinued; Benchmade’s current AFO II is the 9051 series.

• Blade: 3.50" Black Combo Edge Drop Point — 154CM
• Handle: Black Aluminum
• Lock: Push-Button Lock with Safety
• Opener: Automatic Push Button
• Carry: Pocket Clip, Tip-Down, Right-Hand

The 9050SBK is the original generation of Benchmade’s AFO automatic, built around a hard-use aluminum handle and push-button automatic mechanism with a secondary safety. The black 154CM drop-point blade combines a plain edge with partial serrations for increased versatility. Its substantial construction and straightforward controls reflect the AFO’s military and duty-oriented origins, while its discontinued status distinguishes it from the later AFO II still represented in Benchmade’s lineup.
