CCI® Pest Control Shotshell ammunition provides a practical close-range option for .38 Special and .357 Magnum handguns. Each cartridge carries #9 shot and is designed to produce consistent patterns for small targets such as snakes and other pests in tight quarters. 

Important: CCI states these shotshells should not be used in firearms with ported barrels or ported recoil compensators and the cases should not be reloaded. CCI also notes they are not recommended for self-defense, may not function properly in rifles, and may cause cylinder lockup in lightweight revolvers.
